CANCEL APPOINTMENT

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can cancel your appointment in PATIENT'S SECTION HERE. This will enable you to manage your existing appointment bookings including rescheduling and cancelling. To reschedule, first cancel your current appointment, then use our "Book an Appointment" form to choose a new time.

 

Alternatively you can use this form below to cancel it. All appointment cancellation forms will be dealt with by a receptionist in the next 2 working days.
