TEST RESULTS REQUEST

Following up on test results is very important. We aim to notify you by text or phone call as soon as your results are available—typically within 2 to 3 weeks. Please ensure you have opted in to receive text messages from the surgery. If you haven’t heard from us after 3 weeks, we recommend using the form below to follow up.

 

If your doctor has advised a follow-up appointment to review your results, it's wise to call ahead and confirm that the results have been received before attending. All submissions will be dealt with by a receptionist in the next 7 days.
