Please note as well as registered on our online Patient's Section, you also need to be already registered as a patient of Summerhill GP Surgery to avail of this service.
All appointments are 15 minutes long (except Childhood 1st Vaccine Appointment), however, if you require more time please call reception. If there are no available appointments on-line please phone 046 9557004. For all urgent matter always phone the surgery.
If you need a blood test please book mornings only before 11:00 am on Tuesday, Thursday, before 10:30 on Friday and before 12:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays
Once your booking is completed you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment booking please go to 'My Bookings' button on the right of the screen.
Please ensure that you are on time for the clinic as we will cannot accommodate patients who arrive late.
Please note that there is €60 charge for all private appointments with the Doctor and €50 with the Nurse, payable at the end of your on-line form submission. There is an extra charge for Bloods, ECG and certain procedures payable on the day. If you cancel your appointment please contact Reception for a refund. Please note there is an administration fee for cancelling your appointment.
